Catherine Cullen

Catherine is a second generation real estate broker. Deciding to follow in
her father’s footsteps, Catherine originally went into the real estate profession
in 1995 and has represented many buyers and sellers in negotiating contracts.
Catherine is from Colorado Springs, Colorado. She relocated to Rio Rancho in
2002 when her husband transferred with his company to the Intel facility.
She has served on a number of boards and committees including her roles as
a member of the Rio Rancho School Board, Vice President of the UNM Parent
Association, and a member of the Sandoval County Expansion and Retention
committee. Catherine is also very sensitive to the needs of the military.
Her husband previously served in the Army and New Mexico Army

Trevor Dawson

Trevor Dawson was born and raised in New Mexico. He grew up in Ruidoso, NM
and then moved back to Albuquerque to attend college in 2010. Trevor attended
the University of New Mexico, where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in
2013. Trevor’s passion is working with clients in the greater Albuquerque area
in order to help them achieve their real estate goals. Trevor joined with Catherine
Cullen in 2018 in order to form C&D Real Estate Group. Together, Trevor and
Catherine provide valuable insight and over 20 years of Real Estate experience.
Trevor is able to offer creative suggestions to buyers and sellers in today’s market.
He always prioritizes the clients needs above his own and is willing to go above
and beyond in order to be successful as a real estate broker.
